To celebrate its occupying new Rotterdam premises in 2002, Ecorys Consultancy plans to start a photography collection with the theme ‘man and his surroundings’. This is a topic close to the firm’s heart and allows room for widely divers visions on the part of the artists.

For its lobby Ecorys, having consulted Enterprise & Art, opts for two monumental photos by Ellen Kooi. The conference rooms receive photos by artists such as Frank van der Salm and Jan Ros.

In coming years, the firm intends to build its collection through acquisitions and commissions. The acquisitions made in 2002 are an excellent start of a fine and eye-catching photography collection.
